What is Liability?
Accident liability is the maximum dollar amount (cost) per accident the hirer is responsible for should there be an accident. This includes damage to the rental vehicle and any third party property. The Accident Liability that will apply can be reduced by selecting the Liability Reduction Option.

Important Note: Be aware that without the addition of the Inclusive Pack or Liability Reduction Option, you are liable for damage to your motorhome or any third party property on your hire. Any costs incurred will be calculated and recovered at end of the hire, regardless of any independent cover you may have.

INCLUSIVE PACK
The Inclusive Pack is available for an extra $39 per day for the Highball & Double Down or $49 per day for the Deuce, Double Up & Big Six and covers costs associated with damage from a single vehicle roll-over. A single vehicle rollover is not covered unless you have purchased the Inclusive Pack (or The Bundle with the Liability Reduction Option). The Inclusive Pack also includes Liability Reduction Option, 1GB WiFi (per hire not per day), Linen Exchange, Picnic table + chairs, Extra driver fees plus a Child/Booster seat, snow chains and portable fan heater, on request.
THE BUNDLE
The Bundle is available for an extra $10 per day and covers costs associated with damage from a single vehicle roll-over. A single vehicle rollover is not covered unless you have purchased The Bundle (in addition to the Liability Reduction Option) or the Inclusive Pack.
The Bundle also includes:
- 1GB WiFi (per hire not per day)
- Linen Exchange
- Picnic table + chairs
- Extra driver fees
- Child/Booster seat if required
- Portable fan heater if required
- Snow chains, on request.
Please note, the single vehicle rollover cover included in The Bundle is only available in conjunction with the purchase of the Liability Reduction Option. All other items in The Bundle are available whether you have purchased the Liability Reduction Option or not.
EXPRESS RETURN PACK PRICING & INCLUSIONS
For hires of 15 days or less:
Non Toilet Shower Campervans: $275/per rental
All other vehicles: $329 per rental
For hires of 16 days or more:
Non Toilet Shower Campervans: $375/per rental
All other vehicles: $429 per rental
For hires of 25 days or more:
Non Toilet Shower Campervans: $469/per rental
All other vehicles: $519 per rental

- Road User Charge Recovery Fee

ROAD USER CHARGE RECOVERY FEE - WHAT IS IT?
The Road User Charge Recovery Fee is payable on diesel vehicles upon vehicle return. The Road User Charge Recovery Fee is included in the Express Return Pack.
If the Express Return Pack is not selected, the Road User Charge Recovery Fee will be calculated and collated on return of the campervan based on the kilometres travelled during the hire.
The charges per 100km are listed below:
Highball, Double Down, Deuce - NZ $6.84
Double Up, Big Six - NZ $7.24
Mighty reserves the right to amend the Road User Charge Recovery Fee in response to changes in Government Road User Charges.
Maximum Charge
The maximum charge for the Liability Reduction Option will be NZ$2,250
The maximum charge for the Inclusive Pack will be $2,750
The maximum charge for the Bundle will be $500
