The thrill and excitement of V8 Supercar racing will rock New Zealand in 2011 when the new-look ITM 400 Hamilton comes to town.
V8 Supercars is bringing its hugely successful Rock ‘n’ Race format to Hamilton, offering fans an unforgettable day and night entertainment experience. When the on-track action cools off, leading international music acts ZZ Top and Good Charlotte will fire up after dark.
Rock legends ZZ Top will take the stage at Seddon Park on Saturday night following the day’s racing. The Rock Hall of Famers will get the 25,000 strong crowd on their feet with unforgettable blues rock hits. Sunday night sees pop punk heavyweights Good Charlotte round off the ITM400 weekend in style as they thrash out their hits for the crowd.
Access to both concerts is included in all multiple day tickets and with a short walk between the race track and concert venue, Hamilton will be racing and rocking all weekend.
The ITM 400 will offer great value for money with something for everyone - including popular support categories and a dedicated Family Zone featuring plenty of entertainment.
The support category classes are set to include the premier NZ V8 Sedans, Trans-Tasman V8 Utes, Open Sedans/GT1 and for the their debut at the circuit the spectacular and hugely popular New Zealand drift cars.
Kids 12 and under will receive free GA entry with a paying adult (limit 2 children per adult).
